Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:
4 Deadlifts, 120/90
8 Kettlebell swings, 32/24
 
5 Burpee penalty for each time you fail to complete a round.

For time:
500 Double unders
 
Each time you break run 100 metres.
 
10 minute cut-off.
