– Athletes have 10 minutes within which to determine their 3 repetition maximum thruster. Bar begins on the ground.
 
– rest 3 minutes then –
 
As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
30 Thrusters, 20/15kg
20 Pull-ups
Run 100 metres
