– 20 minute time cap.
 
– Rest 8 minutes then –
 
As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
Thrusters, 40/30kg
While EMOTM completing;
3 Burpees
 
– Adv. scale up to 50/35kg, 10 Pull-ups every odd minute, and 30 Double-unders every even minute.
