Front Squat x 4 / Max Reps KB Swings

Front squat 4-4-4-4
 
– Increase load each set up to a heavy 4 reps. 20 minute time cap.
 
– Rest 5 minutes then –
 
As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Kettlebell swings, 24/16kg
While on the minute every minute completing;
3 Pull-ups 
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
 
– Advanced scale up to Dumbbell snatch (70/50lb) and chest to bar pull-ups.
