Front Squat x 4 / Push-Ups, T2B, & Deadlifts

Front squat 4-4-4-4
 
– Complete 4 reps per set and INCREASE the load each set. Make CAREFUL and INTUITIVE increases to finish on the HEAVIEST POSSIBLE 4 reps and to ensure you COMPLETE all your sets. 20 minute time cap.
 
– Rest 5 minutes then –
 
5 Rounds for time of:
9 Push-ups
7 Toes to bar
5 Deadlifts, 120/80kg
 
– Focus on full range of motion push-ups (chest to floor) with a straight body position (no sagging or snaking).
– Aim for unbroken sets.
– Advanced option to include 3 hspu’s per round.
– 10 minute time cap. Scale accordingly to aim for completion.
