Row 300m
 
– 2 minute time cap.
 
– at the immediate conclusion of the 2 minute cap –
 
Complete as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes of:
20 Burpees
20 Kettlebell swings, 24/16 kg
10 Handstand push-ups
 
– Rest 2 minutes and repeat for a total of 4 rounds.
 
– Advanced option to complete the AMRAP in the reverse order.
