1RM Hang power clean
*10 minutes to find the heaviest load possible with which you can perform a single rep of a hang power clean. Take as many attempts as needed as you increase to your max.
-then-
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
7 Front squats, 70/50kg
7 Handstand push-ups (kipping or strict)
21 Double unders
*Unbroken reps for each movement. Meaning bar cannot be put down once you begin the squat reps, you must stay inverted once you begin HSPUs, and consecutive double-under reps. Only proceed to next movement once you’ve completed an unbroken set.
