AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
10 box jump overs, 30/24″
5 handstand push-ups
1 rope climbs, 15′
 
Or
 
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
10 box jump overs, 24/20″ (step-ups allowed with full ext. on top of box)
10 hand-release push-ups (chest to touch the ground first or at same time as legs and leave the ground last or at same time as legs)
1 rope climb (or 2 beginner rope climbs)
