For time:

Run 1600m

100 pull-ups

200 push-ups

300 squats

Run 1600m

 

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a 1600m run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

 

 

Just like every workout this is completely scalable and like always you’re encouraged to do so as needed to get the most from your training. So if necessary scale the movement, scale the reps, see you Monday!
