Anyone can get involved!
For 5 weeks from 27th Feb our Saturday and the following Monday workout will be that week’s Open workout for all classes. If you can’t make it to one of those classes you may still be able to participate. Workouts will be released each week at approx. 11am Friday and will need to be completed and result submitted by approx. 11am the following Tuesday.
The Open is a lot of fun, the atmosphere in the box will be buzzing! Get on it!
