70 squats holding the plate (if you drop the plate start back at zero)

Run the block with your bumper plate

50 plate thrusters

Run the block with your bumper plate

70 double-unders

Overhead lunge 100m with bumper plate (if you drop your plate you must start back at the double-unders)
