In pairs, as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:

16 synchro burpee box jump overs, 24/20″

7 push jerks, 70/47.5kg, each

69-calorie row, total

 

Synchro for the burpees is both athletes touching chest and thighs to the floor at the same time. The push jerks can be completed with both athletes working at the same time, however only move onto the rower once both have completed 7 reps each. The rower can be shared between both athletes as needed.
