Shoulder press 3 x 5
 
Rest
 
On the minute complete 5 burpees then for remainder of  the minute complete as many kettlebell swings 32/24kg as possible. Continue until 100 total swings are completed. Result is time taken or total swings completed at 10 minute cut-off.
