Deadlift 5RM
 
then…
 
As many seconds as possible in 5 minutes of:
 
Handstand position
 
then…
 
On the minute complete 10 Box jumps 24/20″ then complete as many reps as possible within remaining minute of Ball slams 20/9kg. Continue until 100 Ball slam reps are completed or 10 minutes has passed. Score is time taken for 100 reps or total Ball slams reps completed in 10 minutes.
