Hang squat clean thruster 40/30kg
Pull-ups
Burpees
*for hang squat clean thruster the movement begins from the hang position where the barbell is cleaned (jump with straight arms) then recieved on the shoulders in the rack position (high elbows), you’re thighs need to pass below parallel (keep the weight in your heels and knees shoved out) before rising and thrusting the bar overhead to lockout. Lockout will see your elbows, shoulders, hips and knees at full extension with part of your ear visible from the side in front of your upper arm.
