Farmers carry max weight 10 metres
 
*Work up to a max weight without any drops or put downs.
*Increase by no more than 10kg each carry (per side).

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
5 Atlas stone loads @54″, 54kg (32kg)
5 Atlas stone loads @54″, 77kg (54kg)
 
*One person working at a time.
*Every team member must complete 10 reps.
