TUESDAYS WOD
 
For time:
Run 800 metres then
Four rounds for time of:
20 Deadlifts, 60/40kg
20 Kettlebell swings, 24/16kg
20 Push-ups*
 
*Push-ups are done with feet together on a weight plate, and with each hand on a weight plate. Chest must pass below parallel.
