Hang power snatch 3-3-3
– Technique first. Only use weight once competency in the lift has been demonstrated with light loads. Beginners can hang muscle snatch.

10 Double unders
10 Strict chest to bar pull-ups
20 Double unders
8 Strict chest to bar pull-ups
30 Double unders
6 Strict chest to bar pull-ups
40 Double unders
4 Strict chest to bar pull-ups
50 Double-unders
2 Strict chest to bar pull-ups
– Any grip is allowed. Go from a straight arm hang to contact with the bar below the collarbone.
