30 Box jumps, 24/20″
10 Dumbbell shoulder to overhead, right arm, 70/50lb
30 Sit-ups
10 Dumbbell shoulder to overhead, left arm, 70/50lb
If you complete the 3 rounds in less than 15 minutes, then at the 15 minute mark complete the following for time:
5 Rope climbs, 15′
60 metre sled push, 40/20kg
