Run, Sit-Ups, & Snatches

With a partner, 5 rounds for time of:

Run 800m

25 sit-ups

15 power snatches, 35/25kg

 

Run is performed with one person running at a time, breaking up the distance between partners any which way. Upon completion of the run one partner will perform the sit-up reps while the other will perform the snatch reps, switching places once reps have been completed. The following round cannot be started until both partners have done 25 sit-ups and 15 power snatches.
