Clean and jerk 15 reps

 

There is no time limit, but the weight cannot be rested on the ground. Resting at the hang, rack, or overhead is O.K. At the ground, the athlete must touch and go.

Score is the load lifted. Rest as needed and repeat for a set of 12 and then a set of 9 with the same load. Also known as Gwen.

15 burpees, jumping over the barbell

5 clean and jerks, 100/70kg

12 burpees, jumping over the barbell

4 clean and jerks, 100/70kg

9 burpees, jumping over the barbell

3 clean and jerks, 100/70kg
