On a continuously running clock perform 1 pull-up in the 1st minute, then 2 in the 2nd minute, 3 in the 3rd, 4 in the 4th, continuing to add 1 rep each minute for as long as you are able. Score is completed rounds plus reps from the uncompleted round.
