Then,

 

On a continuously running clock perform 1 handstand push-up in the 1st minute, then 2 in the 2nd minute, 3 in the 3rd, 4 in the 4th, continuing to add 1 rep each minute for as long as you are able. Score is completed rounds plus reps from the uncompleted round.

– Only add weight and work up to a heavy load once technique has been practiced and developed with light loads. If flexibility is holding you back then use this time to work on improving it and also get a feel for the overhead position by practicing behind the neck snatch-grip push press and getting solid overhead.
