Shoulder press 3-3-3-3-3
 
then…
 
‘Death by pull-ups’
 
With a continously running clock complete one pull-up in the first minute, two pull-ups in the second minute, three in the third minute… continue for as long as you are able.

3 Box jumps 30/24″
3 Kettlebell swings 32/24 kg
