In teams of 3, each member begins on a different station and moves to the next exercise in the correct order once all members have completed their station.

Then,
In teams of 3 as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 deadlifts, 60/40kg
5 calorie airbike
5 dumbbell burpee box-over, 50/30lb, 24/20″
10 calorie row
5 calorie airbike
5 dumbbell burpee box-over, 50/30lb, 24/20″
10 kettlebell swings, 24/16kg
Once first person has completed the deadlifts, second person can begin. Third person begins once second person has completed their deadlifts. Teams continue to move through the exercises in the same fashion without overtaking or changing order.

“Partner Workout”
For time:
Run 1200m
Then, 12 rounds of:
12 Deadlifts, 50/35kg
12 Shoulder to overhead, 50/35kg
12 Front squat, 50/35kg
Then, Run 1200m
– Each run is completed together. Exercises are alternated between partners i.e. partner A completes deadlifts, then Partner B completes STOH, then partner A completes front squats, continuing on until all 12 rounds are completed.

On a 25 minute running clock complete the following as a team:
Run 1k
Then for max rounds as a team;
Kettlebell farmers carry 100 metres, 24kg/16kg
10 Box jump overs, 24/20″
10 Overhead lunges, 20/15kg
– Run as a team. When all team members have completed the run one team member will begin the carry and then on completion move to the box jumps as the next person begins the carry. You cannot move to the next exercise until the person in front has completed the required reps etc. Continue cycling through the three exercises for total rounds as a team.
