Perform this by rotating immediately to the next station every 2 mins, the clock does not stop or reset between stations.

Max calorie row in 1 minute

Turkish get-ups, 50lb/15kg

Men will complete a total of 40 reps each round and women will complete a total of 30 reps. For example, if men row 25 calories, complete 15 turkish get-ups for that round, or if women row 20 calories, complete 10 turkish get-ups for that round.
